Ben Truman is currently designing engineering solutions at Goodrich Actuation Systems in Wolverhampton. Bens is the story of the aeroplane, and the considerations he must take into account when designing specific parts for Airbus. (He is currently working on the Airbus A350). Within Bens story we get an insight into his reasons behind becoming an engineer and the route he took to get to where he is today.
The film shows a distinct passion for engineering, whilst glimpsing the bigger picture – that engineers can make a difference to the world and the future.
